I'm finally catching up with some blog posts, so forgive me for so much in just a few days! But I have a lot of photos to share, so just bear with me a little longer!
A couple of weeks ago, we had our first Special Assembly Day in El Salvador with our English circuit! So we piled into a shuttle van with our driver Josh and went to Santa Ana El Salvador. When we arrived, we enjoyed getting to know the other 350 or so in our circuit (with Guatemala and El Salvador). Here are some pictures en route and at our assembly:

And afterward, here we are eating pupusas, the national dish of El Salvador. They were FANTASTIC! Kind of like pancakes with a savory filling. We had fillings of cheese with mushrooms, garlic, spinach, and jalapeños. And, El Salvador uses the American dollars - literally, American dollar bills - as their national currency. And each pupusa was 80 cents each!
