Andy and Rachel have a new place!

Andy Burns ("Girl-Andy", to distinguish her from Boy-Andy Perez) and Rachel Hamilton have a new apartment.  They lived for six months very near us in a 3-bedroom place, but found something better for them.  They now have two apartments with one-bedroom each in the same building, so they are near (as friends) but can live each on their own.

The location is on Calle 15 Febrero (15th of February street - don't ask me how the streets get named!). It's just a half-block off Santander, the busy tourist street, but their apartments are in the back, so it shouldn't be too terribly noisy!  And the building itself has clearly-defined rules about quiet time after 9PM, keeping the place clean, and so on, so they are happy to have a tranquil new home. Other residents in the building are mostly volunteers for NGOs and doctors and nurses at medical facilities.  There is a full-time caretaker, Pablo, that is very nice and trustworthy.
